Friday's Lunch
(Buffet) Enjoy a fresh, Asian-inspired lunch featuring a crisp chopped salad, Thai green curry marinated chicken, stir-fried tofu, and steamed jasmine rice. A flavorful, balanced selection with vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options available.
Saturday's Lunch
(Buffet) Enjoy a classic, satisfying lunch with a fresh Cobb salad, mustard and thyme grilled chicken, gluten-free penne arrabbiata, and roasted herb potatoes. A well-rounded selection with gluten-free and vegan options is available.
REGISTRATION
What’s included in registration?
Dimensions’ Discovery EXPO is an all-inclusive event. The registration fee includes educational materials, a tote bag, giveaways, morning breaks, lunches on both days, a networking cocktail reception on Friday afternoon, and entrance to the Esther Wilkins Lifetime Achievement Award ceremony.
Who can register for Dimensions’ Discovery EXPO?
Registration is open to dental hygienists, dentists, dental assistants, and office managers.
How do I register?
Online registration will be opening soon.
Is there on-site registration?
On-site registration is available August 6, 2026 through August 8, 2026.
Can students attend?
Yes, students can attend at a discount however no CE units are awarded for student passes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Requests for refunds must be received in writing by Dimensions’ Discovery EXPO to receive a refund minus $50. No refunds will be issued after June 30, 2026. Please allow three business days for our reply, and up to 30 days for your refund to be fully processed. Cancellation requests can be done through your registration confirmation or by emailing info@dimensionsdiscoveryexpo.com.
Cancellation fees
If cancelled by June 30, 2026: Refund granted minus $50 cancellation fee.
After June 30, 2026: No refunds will be permitted.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
If you registered but cannot attend Dimensions’ Discovery EXPO, you may transfer your registration to a friend or colleague. Click on the "already registered" link, sign in, and then click "Transfer Registration". Transfers must be made by August 1, 2026.
In the unlikely event that this conference is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be fully refunded registration fees.
TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATIONS
How can I book a hotel at the event location?
Special discounted room rates are available to EXPO attendees when booking through the Dimensions’ Discovery EXPO event portal. Click here to book your discounted room.
What airport should I fly into?
When booking air travel to the conference, there are three local airports to consider. The nearest airport to the hotel is Santa Ana (SNA) Airport, just 11.2 miles away. Other nearby airports include Long Beach (LGB) Airport, which is 13.3 miles away and Los Angeles (LAX) Airport at 29.5 miles away.
Is ride-share available from the airport?
Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are available at these airports.
Where do I park? Are there parking fees?
If traveling by car, parking is available in the parking structure attached to the hotel. Follow the signs to enter the parking structure. EXPO attendees receive a special discounted parking rate at the Hilton Anaheim — $25 per day (regularly $49).
To receive this rate, be sure to get your parking ticket stamped at the EXPO registration desk.
Surrounding parking lots may also be available. We encourage you to see what is available before you arrive at the conference.
OTHER QUESTIONS
Does my registration allow for the use of my photographic likeness?
Participants of Dimensions’ Discovery EXPO agree to allow its staff and agents to record photographs or other portraits or likenesses of attendees on videotape, audiotape, film, photograph, or any other medium and use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly exhibit such recordings, in whole or in part, without restrictions or limitation for any purpose. I further consent to the use of my name, voice, and biographical material in connection with such recordings.
Participants release Dimensions’ Discovery EXPO, its successors and assigns, agents, and all persons for whom it is acting from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the recording process, or any unintentional misspellings or inaccuracies and waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished recordings.
